KEITH HAYES | owner & founder

Keith Hayes, a veteran home builder with more than 30 years of experience under his belt, founded Keith Hayes Construction, Inc. in 1977. His vision for a quality custom home building company and its resulting success are the result of hard work and a passion for customer service. Keith is also the owner of J&K Utilities and is involved with real estate development. Keith sits on the board of the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce among other organizations within the county and surrounding areas. He is married to Anita, a high school teacher, and has one son, Hunt. When not working, Keith enjoys hunting, traveling and spending time at his family’s lake house.

              

TREY BARNETT | superintendent

Trey Barnett, a native of Jackson County, has been building homes since 1994. Trey works with home and business owners on a daily basis to ensure they have a pleasurable experience while their new home or office is being built, while managing subcontractors and making sure deadlines are being met. Trey is married to Tammy, a high school English teacher, and has two grown children, Malorie, an elementary school teacher in neighboring Hall County, and Joshua, a student at the University of Georgia. In his spare time, Trey enjoys fly fishing in Georgia and the West and building custom furniture. He is an active member of Trout Unlimited.


GLENDA LANGFORD | secretary

Glenda Langford manages the office and day-to-day operations of Keith Hayes Construction, Inc. Glenda also oversees the company’s rental properties. She is an avid gospel singer and enjoys being involved with several community organizations.

PHILANTHROPY | giving back

Keith Hayes Construction has a long history of giving back to the communities it serves. Among many philanthropical donations, one stands out. Company leaders Keith Hayes and Trey Barnett donated work effort to build an outdoor classroom for the students of Jefferson Middle School.
